Cancellation Policies

YOU MUST HAVE A CREDIT CARD ON FILE TO BOOK RESERVATIONS WITH US:


Due to the high demand for our boarding facility we had to put a cancellation policy in force.


Please Keep in mind when making a reservation we are holding your pet’s room pending your arrival. When  we reach our full capacity for reservations we have to refuse reservation requests and turn business away. If  you do not cancel your reservation in a timely manner we may be unable to re-book the space reserved for  your pet. We lose business. So we must charge cancellation fees.


 Standard/Non-Seasonal Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations which occur within three (3) days prior to check-in for Standard/non-Seasonal Stays will result in a (1) night charge per guest to the credit card on file, regardless of when the reservation was made. To avoid charges, please cancel reservations at least three (3) days prior to arrival.


Seasonal Stay Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations which occur within ten (10) days prior to check-in for Seasonal Stays will result in $100 charge to the credit card on file, regardless of when the reservation was made. To avoid charges, please cancel Seasonal Stay reservations at least 10 days prior to arrival.

The Seasonal Stay Cancellation Policy will apply during the major Seasonal Peak Periods:

  • Memorial Day: May 23, 2025 - May 26, 2025
  • Independence Day: July 2, 2025 - July 7, 2025
  • Labor Day: August 29, 2025 - September 1, 2025
  • Thanksgiving: November 21, 2025 - November 30, 2025
  • Christmas/New Years: December 15, 2025 - January 4, 2026
  • Presidents’ Day: February 14, 2025 - February 17, 2025
  • Spring Break/Easter: Dates vary by location
  • Memorial Day: May 23, 2025 - May 26, 2025
  • Summer Weekends: Each Friday, Saturday & Sunday in June, July & August 
  • Independence Day: July 2, 2025 - July 7, 2025
  • Labor Day: August 29, 2025 - September 1, 2025
  • Thanksgiving: November 21, 2025 - November 30, 2025
  • Christmas/New Years: December 15, 2025 - January 4, 2026
